1. The service

Jobzetu aggregates publicly listed job openings and matches them against the profile you create. We are not a recruiter, employer or agent; we do not guarantee interviews, offers, or the accuracy of third-party listings. Applications happen on the employer's own site.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information and keep your password confidential. You are responsible for activity on your account. We may suspend accounts involved in abuse, fraud or attempts to circumvent payment.

3. Payments

Wallet top-ups are made via M-PESA. Wallet balances and passes unlock access to matched job listings; they are not deposits and do not earn interest. A daily unlock or pass purchase is consumed when the matches are generated and is non-refundable once delivered. If a technical fault on our side prevents delivery after you were charged, contact support and we will restore the balance.

4. Fair use

One account per person. Automated scraping of the service, resale of matched listings, or sharing an account across multiple people is not permitted.

5. Liability

The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by Kenyan law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid in the thirty days preceding the claim.

6. Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced on the site. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
